“On a passé un très agréable séjour
L'équipe de la réception sont magnifiques tout les visites qu'on a pu faire et aussi les excursions étaient proposés et gérer par eux

“Hôtel super, il s'agit de villas avec des chambres. attention pas de taxi qui va jusqu'à l'hôtel. il faut prendre la navette de l'hôtel horaire assez limité pour se rendre au TULUM pour ensuite prendre un petit taxi. le personnel est très gentil et serviable. les chambres sont nickels, le petit déjeuner parfait. tout le monde est au petit soin. endroit calme et reposant. ”

“I gave 1 star to the conditions of the hotel (despite being wonderful) and I'll explain why.
The room we were assigned was splendid when seen from the outside.
It has a sand garden with 2 chairs, a coffee table, a rocking chair and 2 soft puff type armchairs.
We arrived at the entrance consisting of a large sliding door and it practically did not open.
This is because being rooms near the beach, the fixtures fill with sand and block the slide.
They changed rooms trying to clean the fixtures but...

“I was in a dakhla for kitesurfing vacation and actually was searching for the place different from camp in lagoon. The hotel is amazing, has 2 floors cottages with everything you may need. The best hot shower I ever had in Dakhla. The restaurant is very nice with a great offer of different things. They even make a fresh msmemmen bread in the morning, super tasty. “I ate here 2 lunches and 2 dinners and food was the same. Waiters are kind but i remained very disappointed from the manager mr. Adil. He is not there to help guests and offer assistance. Never more in this hotel!”
